ARTWORK

The majority of prices listed are inclusive of design. If design is excluded, it will be clearly specified. Any artwork that is produced and then the job is no longer required or cancelled after any designs have been emailed or submitted for proof then there will be an artwork fee payable at £30.00 per hour. If any artwork is produced, regardless of time taken, and the job is accepted the design fee will not be charged.

We will design and accept three (3) artwork revisions per job.  Any revisions after this will be subject to a £30.00 per hour artwork fee.

Customers can either supply print ready artwork (specifications vary per product) or use Bigger Print Ltd to produce this.
Upon supply of artwork to Bigger Print Ltd, we assume you are the copyright holder or licensee of any assets used and any copyright law breaches of supplied material are the responsibility of the client.

Any fixed design cost given alongside a product is dependent on assets such as logos and images being supplied by customer.

All products for which design is not included, and a standard charge is not given, will be subject to an artwork fee of £30 per hour.

We reserve the right to make an ‘artwork redrawing charge’ of £30 if supplied logos for promotional products are not suitable. You will be notified of this before work begins, and receive a proof of the redrawn logo.

PROOFS

Artwork for standard products such as leaflets, posters and flyers, where supplied in a print- ready format, will not be proofed back to you.

If you are supplied with a virtual proof, this generally does not take into account the finer details of a printing process, but is used to confirm artwork position, size, spelling and grammar.

PRINT PROCESSES AND COLOUR MATCHING

Due to the variety of printed products sold, a number of differing print and application processes will be used to brand your product. Reproduction will vary between these processes.

If you are supplied with a virtual proof, this generally does not take into account the finer details of a printing process, but is used to confirm artwork position, size, spelling and grammar.

Printed paper goods may be produced either using digital or litho presses at our discretion.

Due to the variety of print processes used in the production of our products, across our supplier partners, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.

QUANTITY DISCREPANCIES

Due to the nature of the production process, your order may be received with overs or a shortfall, which should be no more than ten per cent in either direction. Any overs are yours to keep, while any shortfall over five per cent will receive a pro rata credit on a future order.

DELIVERY

Deliveries will usually be made by trackable courier direct from the production facility on a next working day basis from the time of completion.

Multiple items in a single order may be delivered separately at our discretion.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Deliveries to Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and remote areas may experience an additional charge and extended delivery time, which will be communicated to you with confirmation of your order.

Once the goods have been passed from the production facility to the courier we cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred, though will endeavour to hasten the process where possible.

Signing for your goods is acceptance of receipt in good condition – we cannot process a claim for damage if the courier is not notified at the time of delivery.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

As each order is bespoke and custom made, we cannot offer returns or cancellations unless the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the order specification.

Bigger Print must be notified of any order meeting the criteria above within 2 working days of receipt. Goods signed for in poor condition or unchecked must be marked as such on your courier’s POD device.

High quality photographs of the issue should be supplied in the first instance so we can endeavour to resolve the issue with our production partners. Following photographic inspection, in some cases we may require the goods to be returned.

Where the issue is confirmed to be the fault of Bigger Print Ltd or our production partners, we will arrange for a reprint to be produced and despatched to you.

Once artwork has been accepted by us, and/or a proof has been approved by you, it should be accepted that this order now cannot be cancelled or adjusted as it will have entered production.

OUR LIABILITY

Our liability for late delivery where a deadline has been specified and agreed by us is limited only and entirely to the cost of the goods supplied. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses or costs you may choose to incur.
